Shipping Policy
It is important to understand that processing times for your order are separate from shipping times and may vary.

All orders are processed within 2 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order ships.

There may be potential delays due to high volume of orders or postal service issues that are beyond our control.

National Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping rates for Canada and the United States are completely free. And for those in other countries such as France or other destinations, the shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of payment.


International Shipping
We offer international delivery to countries in Europe and the United States. Shipping rates will be calculated according to the country of the order: the shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Delivery times may vary by country and can range from 8 to 30 days for international shipments, as expectations can vary significantly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. 2bBless is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as a customer.

How to check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (for orders in Canada, USA and France) which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@2bbless.com with your name and order number, and we will review it for you.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the return address.
